Qualifications We Seek:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • 1-3 years of welding experience preferred; however, we are open to training the right candidate
  • Experience with Mig welding is advantageous
  • Mechanical aptitude is desired
  • Ability to accurately use tape measures
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints is beneficial
  • Must be able to lift and manage 50 pounds consistently
  • Motivated individuals looking to develop their skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, often standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills, including basic mechanical and mathematical proficiency
