Soliant is seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our team in a retail pharmacy setting. As a pharmacist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify dispensed medications and E-Kits to ensure accuracy and quality
- Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain strong communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Facilitate patient transitions from acute facilities to skilled nursing facilities, ensuring a smooth and safe transition
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience required
- Ability to work every 3rd weekend rotation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
