Job Opportunity

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school district in Monument, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the school team to support students' communication skills in the classroom
  • Monitor students' progress, document therapy sessions, and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs

Requirements:

  • Valid Colorado state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
