Gallery Host

As a Gallery Host at SeQuoia Hospitality LLC, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests visiting our gallery. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests
• Provide information about current exhibitions and events
• Guide guests through the gallery space
• Handle ticket sales and process payments
• Manage reservations
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Passion for art and culture
