Thriving Child Center PLLC is a well-established private practice in Houston, Texas, in search of a skilled clinical psychologist to enhance our team. We deliver top-notch therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across Texas and in all PSYPACT-participating states. Our mission is to foster a nurturing and collaborative team atmosphere that encourages ongoing training and development to optimize the clinical support we provide to our clients. We are excited to welcome a clinical psychologist to our beautiful office space.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Hold a valid psychology license (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Texas
  • Be open to becoming a PsyPACT provider
  • Be willing to onboard with Lyra Health and Modern Health
  • Be proficient in evidence-based therapeutic approaches commonly utilized with children, adolescents, and adults (such as CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.)
  • Exhibit professionalism, compassion, and self-motivation
  • Be prepared to work as an independent contractor
  • Be willing to see a minimum of 10 clients weekly
  • Be available for after-school/evening or weekend appointments
  • Be committed to working in person at our office

Additional Preferred Qualities:

  • Comfortable and skilled in conducting ADHD and/or Autism assessments
  • Interested in pursuing training in forensic psychology
