Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves performing various tasks, including basic first aid, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care services, including basic first aid, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist patients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing supervisor
  • Document patient care services and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the job
