Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and charismatic individuals to join our team as Hosts at our Hooters locations. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing waitlists, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage waitlists, take reservations, and seat guests in a timely manner
- Assist servers with food and beverage orders, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and promote upselling opportunities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an asset, but not required. We offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated $12/hour - $15/hour, depending on location and experience, plus benefits such as employee discounts and referral programs.
