As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer, you will be the face of Penske, greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience. You will also be responsible for performing vehicle readiness inspections, helping to maintain a clean and safe work environment, and completing other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for the road
  • Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
  • Basic computer skills
