Lead Registered Behavior Therapist

The Lead Registered Behavior Technician will play a key role in developing programs, goals, and care plans for clients with Autism and other behavioral disorders. This position requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention to clients in home and school settings, as outlined by the Behavioral Change Plan.
- Develop and create programs, goals, materials, and BCPs for clients with the supervision of a BCBA.
- Train new technicians and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Participate in training and educational activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide job-specific direction and guidance to other technicians.
- Serve as a mentor to technicians when struggling with or seeking advice about cases and/or administrative processes.
- Take on-call duties to answer questions and provide guidance/support to technicians outside of regular work hours.
- Provide support and education to families.
- Must be enrolled in/or accepted to a BCBA or BCaBA Program.
- Must have completed the BACB required 40-hour training program.
- One year of experience providing services for children with developmental disabilities and/or challenging behavior.
- Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals via strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Participate and successfully complete the company's compliance program requirements and adhere to the Code of Conduct, Company policies, and applicable federal and state requirements.
- Set an example for other employees regarding how the Company's Code of Conduct and Compliance Program is applied and observed every day.
- Report potential violations of company policy, Code of Conduct, and/or applicable laws and regulations to the company hotline, through the chain of command, to the Compliance and Ethics Department, or through other channels made available by the company for reporting potential violations.
