Job Summary

The Certified Surgical Technologist plays a vital role in the operating room, ensuring the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures. This part-time position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepares the operating suite with necessary equipment and supplies
Assists with patient preparation and positioning
Passes instruments to the surgeon during surgery
Maintains a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) within twelve months of hire
CPR - Basic Life Support

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull forces up to 50 pounds.
