Join Our Team as an Independent Optometrist

As an Independent Optometrist at Sam's Club, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, set your own schedule, and control your patient schedule. You will also have the opportunity to keep 100% of exam and professional fees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality eye care services to patients
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with patients
  • Manage your own practice, including scheduling and billing
  • Meet the minimum qualifications for a lease agreement, including a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school and a valid state optometry license
