Position Information: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Ashland Hills F&B. This part-time position has the potential to become full-time.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry heavy weight
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Regular and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in responsible alcohol service
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Knowledge of wine and cocktail preparation
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service policies
  • Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
