Job Summary:Our client is seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for patients with life-threatening medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in critical care and be able to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information and communicate with the healthcare team
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Experience working in critical care, preferably in an ICU setting
