As a Customer Experience Manager - Store Operations Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing the front-end department operations, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of front-end department operations, including cash handling control, security measures, and adherence to company policies and procedures. You will also oversee bookkeeping procedures, assist cashiers with getting change and checking prices, and conduct unannounced audits on cashiers. Additionally, you will train new associates, implement and communicate new programs and procedures, and recognize and reward associate performance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of front-end department operations, including cash handling control and security measures.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to Front End operations.
  • Assist cashiers with getting change and checking prices.
  • Conduct unannounced audits on cashiers.
  • Train new associates to provide a fast, friendly, accurate, and efficient checkout experience for customers.
  • Implement and communicate new programs and procedures to associates.
  • Recognize and reward associate performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in management of retail or related field.
