NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Stock Associate to join our growing team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment by moving merchandise through aisles, rows, and shelves.
  • Utilize a keen sense of observation to identify and locate part numbers and line codes.
  • Lift merchandise up to 60 lbs as needed and maneuver heavy equipment using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jackets.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized floor, ensuring the correct parts are placed on the correct truck.
  • Stage product on pallets, shrink wrap to prevent loss, and load pallets on trucks.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner, following safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
  • Forklift certification available.
  • Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
  • Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers (both visually and aurally) and remembering their sequence.
  • Basic computer usage skills required.
