Pulmonology Physician Leadership Opportunity in Fergus Falls, MN

Integrity Healthcare is seeking a full-time Pulmonologist to lead our pulmonary department and provide clinical services in our state-of-the-art medical clinic.
Salary and BenefitsThe guaranteed salary for this position is $250,000 per year, with opportunities to earn above that amount based on performance. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including annual CME reimbursement, paid professional dues and memberships, relocation reimbursement, sign-on bonus, 10% annual employer contributions to a 401K plan, cash balance plan, profit sharing plan, health, dental, vision, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and malpractice coverage with tail.
About the JobThis is an exceptional opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Pulmonologist to join our team as a sole specialist in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. As a Pulmonologist at Integrity Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing clinical services, leading our pulmonary department, and serving as the Respiratory Rehabilitation director. You will have the opportunity to grow the practice with outreach opportunities to our critical access hospital, Prairie Ridge Healthcare.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical services to patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including asthma management, cystic fibrosis, emphysema, COPD, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep disorders.
- Lead our pulmonary department and provide guidance and support to other healthcare professionals.
- Serve as the Respiratory Rehabilitation director and oversee the development of rehabilitation programs for patients with respiratory conditions.
Fergus Falls is a beautiful city located in central Minnesota, known for its excellent private and public school systems, community college, local wineries and breweries, low cost of living, nearby zoos, big box retail, movie theater, bowling alley, event center, nearby resorts and casinos, health spas, YMCA, fishing, cross-country skiing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, and biking. The city has eight golf courses within a 30-mile radius and is home to the Central Lakes Biking/Walking Trail, which offers a 55-mile paved path for recreation and exercise.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must be board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary medicine and have excellent communication skills. You should also have experience working in a multidisciplinary environment and be able to interact effectively with medical center physicians, hospital administration, outpatient office physicians and staff, and respiratory therapy staff.
