About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in skilled care, with recent wound care experience preferred. A valid nursing license in the state of New Hampshire is required, along with current CPR certification and reliable transportation.

  • Manage a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.
