About the Role

As a Medical Assistant Certified at Confluence Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team in providing high-quality patient care. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist providers in preparing patients for exams, obtaining and recording vital signs, and administering injections and medications as directed by the provider.
  • Support front office activities, scheduling tasks, and reporting test results as delegated by the provider.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, adhere to department protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Accredited Medical Assisting program graduate or enrolled in externship program
  • Active Medical Assistant Interim (IC) or Medical Assistant - Certified (CM) license through the Washington State Department of Health by start date
Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour
