- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in workforce development, business engagement, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with local businesses, and experience with data collection and analysis.
- Competencies: Job seeker/client focus, learning orientation, communication proficiency, teamwork orientation, technical capacity, communication skills, influencer, and strategic thinking.
This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to local businesses and community events. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
