Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Ted Baker Bloomingdale's Chestnut Hill location. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the Ted Baker brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • People
    • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and host store partners.
    • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the success of the team.
    • Be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Product
    • Stay up-to-date on current product offerings and increase awareness of the product.
    • Use product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer loyalty to the brand.
    • Follow merchandising guidelines and replenishment procedures to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Commercial
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and support all brand promotions and initiatives.
  • Operations
    • Be proactive and complete all tasks correctly and efficiently.
    • Adhere to all Company health and safety procedures and protect assets of the Company.
    • Accountable for accurate cash handling and banking procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand.
