Position Overview:
This role represents a key position within our manufacturing operations, primarily responsible for executing material handling tasks using forklifts, weigh-up processes, and packaging responsibilities within the production division. The aim is to ensure the delivery of top-quality products at the most efficient cost while adhering to customer specifications and delivery timelines, in line with Spartech's policies and procedures. Alongside these responsibilities, the Production Operator will be expected to advance through our operator training program. Operator roles encompass extrusion production line operations and/or automated material handling and Banbury mixer functions.
