**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Flexsys. As a key member of our legal function, you will provide in-house legal services, with a primary focus on commercial contract services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare, negotiate, and interpret contracts, including sales agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, independent contract agreements, and more.
  • Provide corporate housekeeping support, including managing POA's, record keeping, and tracking external legal spend.
  • Act as an interface and point of contact for contractual issues between clients and internal business teams.
  • Work proactively to track legal trends and make recommendations on contracts and compliance areas.
  • Implement process improvements to mitigate legal risk and satisfy business objectives.
  • Prepare and implement policies and practices in response to legal and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing with a State bar within the United States.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience in law firm and/or corporate legal department.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Hands-on mentality, excellent judgment, analytical skills, and ability to identify relevant issues.
  • Superior organizational skills, decision-making, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to achieve positive outcomes through influence.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
