Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of STP FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Dedication to customer service.
  • Desire to continually learn new things.
