Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hydration Room, Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for administering IV and injection therapies, instructing patients on health education and preventative health measures, and maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. You will also be responsible for promoting membership programs, packages, and treatment plans to patients, modifying treatment plans as needed, and working with the District Lead Nurse to maintain nursing supplies inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer IV and injection therapies/medications.
  • Instruct individuals on topics such as health education and general preventative health measures such as diet and exercise.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records.
  • Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
  • Be able to function in the heat of an emergency and act according to protocol.
  • Work with the District Lead Nurse to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift.
  • Understand great customer service, general sales, and patient care.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers.
  • Responsible for overseeing Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics.
  • Maintain documentation of patient care services.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff.
  • Train new staff.
  • Deliver 5 Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures.
  • Proficient patient charting system, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skill.
Education and Experience:
  • Valid RN License with no sanctions.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certificate required.
  • BSN or diploma in nursing.
  • Two years of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to traverse the entire facility.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
