Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system components to resolve issues.
  • Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet industry standards and codes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of electrical experience, encompassing service, repair, and sales.
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service and strong technical knowledge.
  • Preferred familiarity with Generac Generators, although not mandatory.
  • Proficient in residential electrical services and building codes.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction/oversight.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
