Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the overall operations of the facility, including clinical, managerial, and custodial teams.
  • Coordinate and provide leadership to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration among staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident and staff satisfaction, census growth, and survey knowledge and expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents' individual care plans are being followed.
  • Provide regular safety and compliance training to staff.
  • Develop and maintain a budget, oversee billing, and set fees.
  • Act as the primary liaison between staff, residents, and families, and serve as the face of the organization to the governing board and the public.

Requirements:

  • NHA licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Excellent tenure and leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
  • Passion for improving resident and staff satisfaction, census growth, and survey knowledge and expertise.
