Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary and specialty care to patients across the lifespan. You will work closely with our experienced healthcare team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, addressing the unique needs and concerns of each patient.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and groups across the lifespan
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and collaborative consultation with other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic testing as needed
  • Prioritize and manage multiple patients' needs efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes
  • Stay current with advances in nursing practice, medical research, and technology, applying knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues, attend meetings, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance our shared mission and goals

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP)
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a relevant population focus area (e.g., adult-gerontology, pediatrics, women's health)
  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New Hampshire or Vermont
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in an academic medical center or similar environment
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
