Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Pipefitter to join our team at Proman Skilled Trades. As a Commercial Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration piping systems in commercial construction settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration piping systems in accordance with local and state codes.
  • Perform brazing and soldering of copper refrigeration lines.
  • Test, purge, and repair refrigeration lines.
  • Use power tools, acetylene torches, and other equipment as required.
  • Interpret blueprints and design pipe system layouts and supports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Pipefitter installing refrigeration piping.
  • Proficiency in brazing and soldering copper refrigeration lines.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the city.
  • Proper identification and ability to pass a background check.
