As a key member of our Floral Design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs for weddings and events. Your attention to detail and creativity will be essential in bringing our clients' visions to life. Key Responsibilities:

* Design and create floral arrangements and installations for weddings and events
* Process and prepare flowers for use in designs
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including inventory and supplies
* Load, deliver, and unload floral arrangements and decorations for events

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in floral design
* Ability to lift 40+ pounds and stand for extended periods
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Punctuality and reliability are a must
