Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Research Nurse to join our team at Hillcrest Hospital. As a Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and advancing the field of nursing research.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective and timely care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocols.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum one year current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and critical thinking skills.
