Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, using evidence-based techniques and coordinating with other healthcare team members.
- Evaluate patient functional status, body systems, and occupational therapy needs, consulting with physicians as needed.
- Record and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition to nurse supervisors and physicians.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests to evaluate patient's level of function.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Estimated Salary Range
$65,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
