Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies to address the needs of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments and treatment plans.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff members on speech and language development.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and implement student plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
