We are seeking a skilled Automotive Damage Assessor to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As an Automotive Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and finalizing total loss administration.

• Writing accurate and detailed estimates
• Conducting thorough process reviews to ensure quality standards
• Checking in customer vehicles and completing necessary paperwork
• Finalizing total loss administration and communicating with customers

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 2+ years of experience in collision estimating or a related field
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy
• A Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
