Key Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychosocial, and educational needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and implementing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Experience: 3.5+ years of experience in TELE or similar specialties, with at least 1 year of experience in a Trauma Level I or II facility.
- Certifications: ACLS certification is preferred.
- Education: Current Michigan license and completion of McLaren Per Diem Application Questionnaire.
