Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Facilitating timely patient entry and handling front office activities
  • Greeting patients professionally and distributing relevant literature
  • Supporting business administrators and Office Manager
  • Pulling and filing patient records, performing telephone communications, and setting up new patient charts
Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • High School level education
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, computer programs, and insurance policies
  • Typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Positive attitude, impeccable customer service skills, and strong organizational abilities
