- Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout the imaging process.
- Explain procedures and answer questions to alleviate patient anxiety.
- Imaging Services
- Operate ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic exams and routine invasive procedures.
- Use imaging modalities to provide patient services to all ages.
- Equipment Maintenance and Organization
- Maintain equipment and supplies in optimal working condition.
- Organize work area to ensure efficient workflow.
- Record Keeping and Scheduling
- Keep accurate records of patient exams and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling of ultrasound exams and maintain patient flow.
- Collaboration with Radiologists
- Assist radiologists with interventional procedures as ordered.
- Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification.
- KY License.
- AA Degree.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Open to new graduates.
