Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Fox Lake Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.

• Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Current dental hygienist license in Illinois
• Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
