The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, PPE provided, holiday pay, direct deposit, and weekly pay.

As a Patient Care Aide - PCA, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as medication management, ambulation, personal care, and meal preparation. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to clients, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically fit, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
