Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Woodlands Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, using standard recipes and techniques.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the stockroom, equipment, and utensils.
• Inventory Management: Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, and other bar supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions, making change as needed, and verifying the accuracy of charges.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other bartenders and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Experience: 2 years of previous experience in a similar setting, with a working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food service.
• Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Certifications: County-specific Food Handlers Certification, State-specific alcohol certification, and/or TIPS certification required.
