Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving their ability to perform daily activities and maintain independence.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2 years of recent experience in Home Health or a related field.
  • Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of work.
