Key Responsibilities:
- Represent healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
- Defend and litigate medical malpractice lawsuits.
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
- Argue motions and take and defend depositions.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in California.
- At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in healthcare law.
