Job Summary

Piedmont HealthCare is seeking a skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist anesthesia providers and other healthcare members in providing care to patients undergoing operative invasive procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares anesthesia equipment and supplies necessary for administration of general, monitored anesthesia care, or regional anesthesia
• Supports anesthesia services and maintains inventory levels of anesthesia equipment and supplies
• Provides comprehensive care to patients undergoing invasive procedures

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• One year experience with direct patient care experience in a hospital setting required, two years preferred
• Previous experience in an operating room preferred
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer. A.T.) or equivalent certification preferred
