Job Title: Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse

About the NICU

Our NICU is equipped with sophisticated equipment and staffed by experienced neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses who provide continuous care and observation to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • BSN preferred; Associate degree RNs will be required to matriculate within 4 years of hire
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience required
  • Previous NICU experience strongly preferred
  • Current Maryland RN license or other compact state license that allows practice in Maryland
  • CPR required
  • Ability to pass all hospital competencies required for the position
