Job SummaryThe LPN Supervisor is responsible for planning and implementing the health needs of residents in our Assisted Living Residence, Enhanced Assisted Living Residence, and Special Needs Assisted Living Residence.
Key Responsibilities:- Healthcare Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans to ensure each resident receives necessary services, including diet, medications, treatments, and supervision of HHA staff.
- Staff Supervision: Assign and supervise specific duties of HHA staff to ensure residents receive adequate assistance with activities of daily living.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records according to facility policies and New York State Health department regulations and guidelines.
- Communication: Provide ongoing communication with families, residents, and medical management team to ensure appropriate notifications regarding medical conditions and updates.
To be successful as an LPN Supervisor at Weinberg Campus, you must have:
- 18 years of age or older
- Sensitivity toward and ability to work with the geriatric population
- Maintenance of a leadership role
- Ability to speak, read, and write English and speak the predominant language of the residents
- Lifting greater than 30 pounds
- Walking/standing for extended periods
The LPN Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high chance of exposure to human bodily fluids. Must maintain the privacy, dignity, and rights of the individual residents.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for overtime, shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, free parking, and discounted bus passes.
