VitalCore Health Strategies is a leading provider of correctional healthcare services, and we're seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at the Dodge County Jail in Juneau, Wisconsin.
About the Role:
- As a Mental Health Professional, you'll work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality mental health services to inmates.
- You'll conduct crisis stabilization, intakes, and ongoing evaluations, as well as provide consultation to in-house and community services.
- Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and work closely with the medical team to determine the best treatment plan for each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform risk assessments of inmates and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including crisis management and brief clinical interventions.
- Provide excellent documentation skills and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field and a valid license to practice as a Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity in a public or private agency.
- Satisfactory background investigation report.
