Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our team at Jo Anne Johnson Real Estate Group.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, and managing MLS listings and social media postings. Additionally, they will coordinate cleanings and showings for houses and track sales activity in the database.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and organize listing information, including property photos, pre-listing materials, and comparative market analysis
- Present progress reports to the real estate team, highlighting sales activity and its impact on company goals
- Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs for homes getting ready to be listed
- Manage listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
- Organize showing schedules and communicate with other agents to optimize showing best practices
Requirements
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this position
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
- Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
