About the Role
Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the cardiac step-down unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Support admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to enhance outcomes and service delivery.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Registered Nurse required.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
