$44,567 to $47,828
The primary objective of this role is to execute security operations related to ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of inmates at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Upholding facility regulations and standards
Ensuring order and discipline
Managing the intake process for new inmates
Observing inmate activities and conduct
Coordinating the delivery of food, medical services, and supplies for inmates
Providing security for courtrooms and courthouse areas
Transporting inmates as required
Documenting relevant information
Maintaining accurate records
Executing additional tasks as assigned
Reports to a Detention/Correctional Officer, who in turn reports to a Corporal.
