Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at AED Energy Services in Wyomissing, PA. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and contributing to the success of our critical infrastructure projects.

• Provide technical direction to survey crews and ensure the implementation of project quality control.
• Develop and maintain accurate field survey data, adhering to departmental standards.
• Implement project safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and deliver civil project completion documentation, including "As-Built" records.
• Train field personnel on surveying techniques and best practices.
• Verify subcontract survey work and ensure it meets project requirements.
• Meet project deadlines and budgets, demonstrating strong time management skills.
• Edit field files before office processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field surveys, with a strong understanding of GPS technology and data collection.
• Working knowledge of land development, construction, and base mapping project work.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, under the guidance of project managers and engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and understand construction documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
