About the Role

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Watershed HR Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our human resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Analyze employee data and information, and develop communication strategies
  • Prepare reports and advise senior management on HR-related matters
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • Negotiate collective agreements and oversee payroll administration

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and human resources software
